CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but in order to best serve all of our clients, we ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list. Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. This fee is calculated based on the total cost of the booked service(s). No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge for the missed service.
